Dr. Jeanette E. Cueva
Dr. Cueva possesses over 10 years’ experience providing Forensic Evaluations in courts of law and administrative hearings. She has been called on to testify in criminal cases, family law cases and civil cases in her particular areas of expertise: Pervasive Developmental Disorders, including Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome, as well as PTSD and ADHD.
As a Forensic Consultant, Dr. Cueva is equipped to undertake the following responsibilities:

- Conduct psychiatric interviews
- Draft written reports with diagnoses, opinions and medical conclusions
- Prepare and organize the production of demonstrative evidence

PTSD is characterized by the reexperiencing of an extremely traumatic event accompanied by symptoms of increased arousal and by avoidance of similar behavior patterns associated with the trauma. ADHD is characterized by prominent symptoms of inattention and/or hyperactivity and impulsivity.
Dr. Cueva applies her knowledge and expertise to analyze and produce medical evidence to support her opinions and conclusions.
